Identity Sprint
Brand identity and a one-page website — a logo, colors, type, and a page that makes you real online.
A mission without a website, a budget, or a product. We've designed and built more than 500 projects since 2010 — and each quarter, we take one grassroots Palestinian initiative through its phase zero, free.
Apply for the Q4 2026 cohortSelected organizations choose one of three sprints. Each runs two to four weeks with the same team and care as our client work — and ends with something real, live, and yours.
Brand identity and a one-page website — a logo, colors, type, and a page that makes you real online.
A full marketing site of up to five pages, on your existing identity or a light new one.
One simple digital tool with one job — registrations, a directory, bookings, or event check-in.
The scope is the scope — that boundary is what lets a small studio keep this promise every quarter. Open-ended builds aren't on the menu.
Phase Zero is for Palestinian grassroots initiatives, community organizations, and small nonprofits whose digital work isn't covered by donor funding. If a donor already funds your communications or digital presence, a standard engagement is the right door — talk to us here.
Community impact. Who you serve, and what changes for them if this exists.
Readiness. A named decision-maker with time each week, and content you can actually supply.
Fit. What you need matches one of the three sprints above.
One named decision-maker from your team, available to us weekly for the length of the sprint.
You agree to be featured as a case study across iPhase channels — your story is how the program continues.
The deliverable carries a small “Built by iPhase — Phase Zero” credit.
The sprint ends on its end date. After a 30-day window for fixes, further work is offered at standard rates.
One organization is selected each quarter. Applications that aren't selected stay on file and are reconsidered for the next cohort.
